We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. All orders receive free standard shipping. No express service is offered.

Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These conditions do not prevent assistance with defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Contact [email protected] first with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your parcel. Our return address is 187 Avenue Jean Jaures, 93700 Drancy, France.

If we made an error or an item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay return shipping to our address in France. No restocking fee applies. Contact us to arrange appropriate assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval.
